Construction began in 2020, and despite the global pandemic, the team successfully adapted the design, converting the first tower from offices to residential apartments to meet shifting market demands.

The development stands out for its innovative structural approach and commitment to sustainability. Utilizing reinforced concrete pillars and beams, a ventilated façade with white fiber cement, and high-performance glazing, One Verdi Park ensures both durability and energy efficiency. The use of BIM methodologies and modular construction streamlined execution while minimizing waste. Green terraces, shared spaces, and panoramic views enhance the living experience, while smart building features and urban connectivity foster a vibrant, future-ready community.
