One Floreasca Vista: Urban Regenerative Residential Development

X Architecture & Engineering Consult presents One Floreasca Vista, a unique residential development in Bucharest, Romania, located on Zagazului Street, No.3. This adaptive project integrates bespoke duplex apartments, crafted to fit the land's gradient, offering private gardens and wide views of Lake Floreasca. The project commenced in 2020 and was completed in 2023, offering a comprehensive approach to urban living.

On the shores of Lake Floreasca, One Floreasca Vista brings coherence and order to an unstructured area, offering a visually striking structure that harmonizes with the surrounding environment. The architectural expression retains the character of a custom-made boutique project, with careful attention to complex details. The facades' tectonics respond to the lakeside trees, with coherent juxtapositions of textures and friendly materials.

The site area spans approximately 3440 sqm, with a built-up surface of 13676 sqm. The project features a semi-basement dedicated to parking and technical spaces, with duplex apartments situated on the ground floor, first floor, and fifth floor, mainly oriented towards the lake and the park.

One Floreasca Vista overcame integration difficulties, including the existing density in the area, joining two plots of land, and the slope of the land with differences in level, as well as restrictions imposed by the underground metro route. The project's aim is to create luxurious living spaces while contributing positively to its surroundings and the well-being of its residents.

The multicultural experiences of over 30 architects at X Architecture & Engineering Consult stimulate creative talent and a sense of spatial investigation, resulting in spatially complex architecture that responds to context and defines an innovative vision of the future.
