A4DH Branding Services has launched a dynamic new visual identity for Jo Café and Restaurant in Tehran, blending modern aesthetics with storytelling inspired by dining elements. Completed in November 2024 and launched in January 2025, the project aims to create a memorable, inclusive brand experience, recently earning a Bronze A' Design Award for its innovative approach.

Jo Café and Restaurant, a pioneer in redefining fine dining in Tehran, has introduced a fresh visual identity crafted by A4DH Branding Services. The new branding, launched in January 2025, draws inspiration from the forms and shapes of food ingredients, tableware, and restaurant objects, resulting in a cohesive visual storytelling approach. Every graphic element is thoughtfully designed to enhance brand recognition and convey Jo's narrative, creating a vibrant and engaging world for diners of all ages.
The design features a distinctive logotype that balances simplicity with playful adventure, reflecting the diversity of Jo's offerings. Green was selected as the primary brand color, symbolizing freshness, growth, and sustainability-values central to Jo's philosophy of wholesome, quality food. The visual identity extends across all brand touchpoints, including packaging made from eco-friendly materials such as kraft paper and cardboard, reinforcing the brand's commitment to environmental responsibility and quality.
Throughout the project, the A4DH team prioritized a modern aesthetic, ensuring that illustrations, graphic motifs, and typography maintained a contemporary feel. The design process overcame the challenge of appealing to a broad audience, from children to grandparents, without sacrificing authenticity or sophistication. Jo's new identity not only elevates the dining experience but also celebrates connection, flavor diversity, and shared moments. This innovative approach was recognized with a Bronze A' Design Award in 2025, underscoring the project's creative ingenuity and positive impact on the dining landscape.
