A4DH Branding Services, a leading branding agency based in Dubai, has achieved international recognition by winning the prestigious Silver A' Design Award 2025 in the Graphics, Illustration, and Visual Communication category for its work on Amores, a premium beauty lounge. The Amores project, completed between June and August 2024 and launched in January 2025, stands out for its harmonious blend of contemporary aesthetics and deep-rooted cultural references, reflecting the elegance and sophistication of its clientele.
The Amores visual identity draws inspiration from the architectural motifs of Dubai and natural elements from the Gulf region, such as palm trees and gazelles, which are symbols of beauty and femininity in the GCC. The bespoke logotype features elegant capital letters with delicate curves, evoking the presence of women together and embodying charm, confidence, and understated allure. The color palette combines trending beauty industry hues with warm, earthy tones reminiscent of the UAE's landscapes, reinforcing a sense of place and modernity.
A4DH extended the Amores identity across every brand touchpoint, from product packaging-including skincare, haircare, and gift sets-to digital platforms and social media. The design team overcame creative challenges by reimagining classic beauty industry elements like mirrors, combs, crowns, and scissors through a vintage lens, creating a nostalgic yet authentic connection with the audience. This award-winning identity not only elevates the Amores brand but also sets a new benchmark for visual storytelling in the region's beauty sector.
