SUIADR's Office Complex Design Mawan Unit 15 in Shenzhen has been honored with the Bronze A' Design Award 2025 for its pioneering approach to integrating eco-friendly architecture, community spaces, and modern office environments, setting a new benchmark for industrial buildings in the region.

SUIADR's Office Complex Design Mawan Unit 15, located in Shenzhen-Hong Kong International Service City, has been recognized with the Bronze A' Construction and Real Estate Projects Design Award for 2025. Inspired by the "Silk Road Corridor" and the area's distinctive "Three Peaks and Two Valleys" landscape, the project introduces a three-dimensional park system that seamlessly blends modern office spaces with the natural surroundings of Qianwan River. The design features three towers connected by a north-south axis and intersecting green corridors, creating a vibrant, eco-friendly environment that supports both work and community life.
The complex stands out for its innovative use of prefabricated building technology, ensuring structural integrity, seismic resistance, and adaptability for future upgrades. The multi-layered base and vertical green valley not only enhance the visual appeal but also foster a dynamic street-level community. Setback terraces provide scenic office spaces, while the integration of commercial, cultural, and medical facilities within the 91,082㎡ building area ensures a multifunctional urban hub. The project's master plan continues the Y-shaped green corridor, reinforcing the area's commitment to sustainable urban development.
Overcoming challenges such as height restrictions and the need for efficient connectivity, the design team led by Zhong Zhong prioritized both functionality and aesthetics. The three towers, each rising up to 75 meters, are thoughtfully arranged to maximize landscape views and natural light, while the aerial corridors and curved terraces create a distinctive urban silhouette. The project's success reflects SUIADR's dedication to creating iconic, high-quality environments that contribute to the Shenzhen-Hong Kong integration and set new standards for industrial building design in China.
