Shenzhen Transsion Holdings Office Design

Aedas has unveiled a revolutionary office design for Shenzhen Transsion Holdings, featuring a "cloud hub" concept that breaks away from traditional verticality, creating a futuristic and high-tech image. The 54,970sqm commercial complex, located in Nanshan District, will house office and retail spaces, embodying the corporate spirit of cooperation and sharing.

The "Public Hub" integrates public-serving functions, forming a vertical circulation with viewing stairs inside the facade. This 3D public space links different floors, promoting interaction between urban interface and the building, while the tower creates 3-dimensional green spaces, blurring the boundary between indoor and outdoor.

The project, which began in September 2019, aims to create more common spaces and encourage interaction and communication throughout the tower. Aedas' design has been recognized with the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in 2021, reflecting its remarkable impact on the world of architecture and design.
