T.E&C Architects & Associates proudly unveils "Hours on the Slope," a groundbreaking office and factory complex in Taichung, Taiwan. The project, completed in December 2018, redefines industrial architecture with its sustainable design and innovative features. The complex covers an impressive 63767 square meters and stands as a testament to the fusion of industrial functionality and environmental harmony.

The design of "Hours on the Slope" is characterized by its meticulous attention to environmental integration and functionality. The use of natural stone and a green building coating system for the external walls reflects the enterprise's solid spirit and commitment to environmental fusion. The complex is divided into three buildings, strategically designed to optimize the relationship between the environment and architectural direction, with a focus on minimizing sun exposure and maximizing volume.

Notably, the factory plant features a cutting-edge coating system with the Green Building Mark, ensuring a low-carbon footprint and minimal environmental impact. The complex also incorporates a sophisticated air-conditioning system, leveraging buried pipeline wind-guiding technology to harness natural cooling methods and reduce energy consumption. Additionally, the integration of solar energy layout and rainwater recycling pools further underscores the project's commitment to sustainability.

T.E&C Architects & Associates' "Hours on the Slope" has been recognized with the prestigious Bronze A' Design Award in Architecture, Building, and Structure Design in 2021. This accolade celebrates the project's innovative approach, technical excellence, and contribution to enhancing quality of life through sustainable design practices.
