Residential Apartment Project "Sounds of Silence"

Heng G Design's "Sounds of Silence" project redefines urban living with a focus on tranquility and bonding. The existing building's conditions were leveraged to extend natural light and greenery into the 115 square meter interior space, creating a seamless blend of modern minimalism and open living.

The design features a large open space for dining, living, and study areas, fostering family togetherness. The high uniform ceiling height allows natural sunlight to illuminate the space, creating cozy reading spots and a sense of calmness.

Utilizing innovative technology, the living room frames a large curtain wall, providing a picturesque view of the surrounding landscaping and creating a serene ambiance. The entry corridor establishes a sense of ritual, guiding occupants into the bright, spacious living area where various activities can bring family members closer together.

Throughout the project, the designer overcame challenges to re-create the layout, emphasize the contrast of colors, and soften the space intensity, resulting in a multi-functional dining area and a space where people can relax both physically and mentally.

Heng G Design's "Sounds of Silence" was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in 2022 for its outstanding and creatively ingenious design that authentically enhances the quality of life.
