IQI Global Headquarters: A Model of Modern, Collaborative, and Sustainable Office Design

IQI Concept, a leader in turnkey interior solutions, has announced the completion of the IQI Global Headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Spanning 38,000 square feet across three floors, the new office was designed to foster creativity, collaboration, and well-being for its 350 employees. The project, which began in August 2023 and concluded in January 2024, integrates vibrant colors, multifunctional spaces, and advanced smart technologies to create a dynamic and future-ready work environment.

Inspired by the vision to redefine traditional office settings, IQI Concept's design team incorporated the brand's signature orange hues, playful textures, and abundant greenery to reflect IQI's energetic identity. The headquarters features a public entry point on the 26th floor, flexible co-working and meeting areas on the 27th, and dedicated management spaces on the 28th floor, ensuring a seamless flow from public to private zones. Unique amenities such as phone pods, cozy cafes, and an auditorium further enhance the workspace's versatility and appeal.

Technological innovation is at the heart of the headquarters, with smart meeting room booking systems, energy-efficient thermostats, and lighting controls streamlining daily operations while supporting sustainability. The design overcame significant challenges, including integrating structural elements and ensuring optimal infrastructure for large open areas, without compromising aesthetics or functionality. This commitment to excellence has been recognized with the Iron A' Design Award 2025, celebrating the headquarters as a benchmark for practical, innovative, and fulfilling workspaces in the industry.
