Located on the west side of the intersection of Chouzhou West Road and Danxi Road, Phoenix Mansion is surrounded by key municipal landmarks, bustling commercial districts, and expansive green spaces such as the Jiangbin Green Corridor and Xiuhu Park. The 1,500-square-meter sales office leverages its prime location to offer both the dynamic energy of the city's CBD and the tranquility of nearby parks, reflecting a perfect balance between urban vibrancy and serene retreat. The project's realization involved meticulous research, expert consultation, and a comprehensive design process that included site analysis, user studies, and iterative development to ensure both aesthetic appeal and functional excellence.
