Ultima: Award-Winning Residential Interior Design by Mstudio Showcases Light, Space, and Material Harmony

Mstudio's Ultima project stands as a testament to innovative residential design, recently earning the Bronze A' Design Award in 2025. Located in Hong Kong, this 190-square-meter home was conceived to address the challenge of creating an open, comfortable environment for a family of four within a relatively narrow urban space. Through meticulous planning and close collaboration with the homeowners, Mstudio crafted a living space that balances spaciousness with warmth, using a sophisticated palette of materials and a layout that invites natural light throughout the home.

The design features a harmonious mix of marble, leather, wood veneer, and metals, with Italian furniture and lighting fixtures enhancing the sleek, modern atmosphere. Large windows blur the boundary between indoors and outdoors, offering breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour and filling the space with daylight. The entrance, marked by an eye-catching combination of jade tile and blue sandstone, sets the tone for the home's unique character, while the living room's L-shaped sofa and low window bench provide both comfort and scenic vistas.

Every detail in Ultima has been thoughtfully considered, from the flow of light to the layering of textures and furnishings.
