Tawuniya's Digital Hub has received the prestigious Bronze A' Design Award 2025 in the Mobile Technologies, Applications, and Software Design category for its groundbreaking Super App. Developed in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the app was conceived to address the evolving needs of local consumers by making insurance more accessible, efficient, and user-friendly. The project, which began in January 2023 and concluded in December 2023, leverages cutting-edge AI and OCR technologies to streamline insurance processes, particularly for medical malpractice claims.

The Tawuniya Super App stands out for its seamless integration of advanced technology with an intuitive user experience. Users can effortlessly submit documents, which are analyzed by AI to extract key information and generate concise summaries, significantly reducing processing times. The platform supports a wide range of insurance services-including motor, health, and property insurance-while also enabling users to explore and purchase vehicles directly within the app. Dual language support and a responsive design ensure accessibility for all demographics across both iOS and Android devices.

The design process was driven by extensive user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests with diverse customer segments. This user-centered approach led to actionable improvements in navigation, content clarity, and accessibility. Despite challenges such as regulatory compliance and the need for culturally aligned design, the Digital Hub's cross-functional collaboration resulted in a robust, scalable solution that meets the highest standards of innovation and inclusivity. The Bronze A' Design Award recognizes Tawuniya's commitment to enhancing quality of life through digital transformation and sets a new benchmark for the insurance industry in Saudi Arabia.
