Mirrored Lotus Residence: Award-Winning Waterfront Clubhouse Design by Uni Being LTD. in Taiwan

Mirrored Lotus, the latest creation by Uni Being LTD., redefines high-rise living with a harmonious blend of tranquility, luxury, and social vibrancy. Drawing inspiration from the homeowner's global travels, the design transforms a 24th-floor residence into a five-star waterfront clubhouse, where a four-meter cascading waterfall at the entrance sets a calming tone. Floating lotus flowers and hand-sculpted stonework seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor spaces, while panoramic windows frame breathtaking city and mountain vistas.

The residence's open-plan layout encourages effortless circulation between the living room, bar, rear lounge, and barbecue terrace, ensuring privacy for personal areas while maximizing social interaction. Natural stone, mosaic-tiled feature walls, and concealed lighting create a serene atmosphere, accentuated by the interplay of water and light. By day, sunlight refracts off water and stone, filling the space with dynamic reflections; by night, LED gradient lighting brings the water features to life, transforming the home into an elegant retreat for entertaining.

Realized with a refined palette of eco-friendly materials, warm neutrals, and subtle tonal variations, Mirrored Lotus balances natural elements with contemporary sophistication. Technical challenges, such as installing a large waterfall and stone features on the 24th floor, were overcome through meticulous planning and craftsmanship. The result is an immersive sanctuary where every detail-from the lotus pond at the entrance to the custom dining table with flowing water-embodies the essence of a modern, resort-inspired lifestyle. This innovative design was recognized with the Bronze A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2025, celebrating its creative ingenuity and contribution to quality living.
