The development introduces a groundbreaking planning concept, featuring a community theme garden and a landscape life axis that seamlessly connects two residential clusters. This innovative layout fosters an immersive island lifestyle for residents of all ages, promoting ecological values and a healthy, park-like environment. High-rise buildings provide a civic presence and urban gateway, while multi-storey residences emphasize privacy and comfort, together forming a multi-dimensional, compound community. The use of beige coarse sand real stone paint and champagne aluminum accents further evoke the colors and textures of Hainan's natural surroundings, reinforcing the project's connection to its locale.
