Nantong Window: Illuminating Cultural Center

Tongji Architectural Design (Group) Co., Ltd proudly presents Nantong Window, a remarkable Cultural Center located on the north side of a landscape park. The design draws inspiration from "Birds and Sea," featuring a special folding panel curtain wall and a three-dimensional folding "feather" shaped perforated aluminum curtain wall system.

The building's unique properties include carefully positioned luminaires to ensure visual comfort, along with a DMX512 control system for dynamic facade changes. The project covers a total of 30200 square meters and is a testament to innovative architectural lighting and energy control.

Embedded with underground lamps and utilizing CRI90 and 3000K illumination color temperature, the building's design strengthens its avian inspiration. The project commenced in April 2019 in Torino and was completed in August 2020 in Rimini, Italy.

The installation and maintenance of lamps posed significant challenges during the project. However, through meticulous planning and design, the team overcame these obstacles, resulting in a stunning and functional architectural masterpiece.
