Yunda Riverside Plaza: A Fusion of Sailing Elements and Modern Lifestyle

Hunan Yunda Sirui Architectural Design proudly presents the Yunda Riverside Plaza, a groundbreaking project that seamlessly integrates natural and simple design concepts with modern lifestyle, redefining the essence of comfortable living spaces. The project, located in Yuhua District, Changsha City, China, covers a total construction area of 255,000 square meters and includes the club, sales office, outdoor landscape, and the interior design of the model room.

The entire sales center incorporates sailing elements into the architectural space, reflecting the company's commitment to contemporary spatial aesthetics. The showflat embodies a sentiment of unity between inside and outside, creating a spiritual territory of the most noble style.

The design team, including Peizong Deng, Doujun Luo, Changwu Song, and Weida Yang, has meticulously realized the vision of Yunda Riverside Plaza, infusing it with ecological and humanistic elements, as well as sailing motifs and garden landscapes. The space features a water bar platform resembling an evolved sailing boat, adorned with metal textures, and artificial stone black pearls with a flowing water pattern, offering a cost-effective and visually stunning alternative to traditional marble.

The design challenges were met with innovative solutions, such as integrating sail elements into the ceiling using aluminum plates connected with fiberglass-reinforced drywall, resulting in a visually striking and cost-effective solution. The project's garden landscape design draws inspiration from the Long Waterfront Corridor and Guitang Riverbank of Yuhua District Guitang Riverfront Park, seamlessly blending natural landscapes with architectural modeling, ecology, humanity, and art.

Yunda Riverside Plaza has been recognized with the prestigious Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category, affirming its outstanding and creatively ingenious design that authentically embodies experience and resourcefulness. The project stands as a testament to the exceptional design concepts and deep cultural heritage of Hunan Yunda Sirui Architectural Design, capturing market demand and infusing design connotations to create unique, tailor-made works for its customers.
