Hangzhou Heyi space design Co., LTD proudly presents Lakeside Mansion, a stunning sales office located in Linping, Hangzhou. Inspired by the breathtaking scenery of Hangzhou, the design team has meticulously crafted a space that seamlessly integrates traditional cultural elements with modern luxury, offering a unique and artistic environment for visitors.

The 300m² sales center showcases a harmonious blend of calm fish belly grey marble, metallic textures, and Prada green accents, creating an atmosphere of understated luxury and elegance. The use of modern metal technology alongside natural elements evokes a sense of modernity while paying homage to the region's rich cultural heritage.

Notably, the design features crystal lamps shaped like water droplets, symbolizing the significance of water in Hangzhou's culture. Additionally, the foyer boasts metal work with a hammered finish, resembling rippling water, and green metal plants, creating a miniature natural landscape within the space.

Designed to cater to modern aesthetic tastes, Lakeside Mansion goes beyond traditional sales functions, offering a VIP consultation area and a sophisticated reading space. The VIP area exudes luxury with its carefully placed leather chairs and sofas, while the reading area provides an artistic ambiance with natural elements, offering visitors a unique and ceremonious reading experience.

The project, which commenced in September 2023 and concluded in November 2023, has been recognized with the prestigious Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category. This accolade further underscores the exceptional creativity and resourcefulness demonstrated in the design, contributing to significant improvements in quality of life.
