Introducing "Digital Hub" - A Flexible and Collaborative Workspace for Verita Informatika

Arkadia Works, a design consultant based in South Tangerang, Indonesia, has unveiled the "Digital Hub" office design concept for Verita Informatika. Inspired by the need for a flexible and collaborative working space, the "Digital Hub" aims to create pockets of teamwork, experimentation, and creativity within the office environment. The innovative design supports Verita Informatika's transition to a more agile work culture, aligning with the evolving needs of the modern workforce.

The "Digital Hub" concept is characterized by its open-plan workstations, vibrant and colorful ambiance, and agile office layout. The design leverages industrial elements such as exposed bricks, open ceilings, and spotlights to create a dynamic and engaging workspace. Additionally, the utilization of video conferencing and project management technology enables flexible arrangements, connecting employees in both the office and remote locations.

Located at TCC Batavia Tower One 30th floor, Jakarta, the Verita Informatika Office spans 545sqm and accommodates up to 70 staff members. The space includes meeting rooms for private discussions, as well as smaller meeting rooms designed to promote privacy and concentration. Furthermore, a breakout space provides a comfortable and informal area for employees to relax and engage in laid-back meetings with clients.

Arkadia Works' "Digital Hub" design concept reflects extensive research and creative problem-solving, addressing the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic and the evolving nature of work. The project duration, from April 23, 2021, to August 23, 2021, underscores the dedication and meticulous approach taken to realize the innovative office design.

The "Digital Hub" office design for Verita Informatika has been recognized with the prestigious Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category. This accolade acknowledges the practical, innovative, and industry-leading qualities of the design, reflecting its positive impact on the workplace environment and the broader community.
