ACT Fibernet partnered with Lollypop Design Studio to create a new app focused on enhancing user engagement and delivering a seamless digital experience. The project, which commenced in March 2023 and concluded in September 2023, aimed to strategically promote new products, enhance Wi-Fi analysis, and align with user preferences to increase engagement.
The project involved comprehensive user research, including competitor analysis, to identify areas for improvement. A design audit and competitor analysis inspired enhancements in user engagement, ensuring a smooth experience.
The app's unique properties revolved around creating better user engagement through cross-selling and pushing new products, understanding customer expectations, and expanding the app while maintaining strong functional performance. The team considered design expectations based on user personas and language, ensuring modularity and flexibility for future features.
A thorough analysis of data collected from user research interviews, competitor analysis, and design audits was conducted to prioritize features, develop user journey maps, and establish user personas. An information architecture (IA) was crafted to systematically organize and categorize content, ensuring an intuitive structure for user navigation. Wireframes were created, and designs for the screens were finalized by building on a visual design language suitable for the brand.
The project enhanced ACT's customer experience by focusing on key aspects: personalization, user control & freedom, building trust, and interaction & incentivization. It included tailoring content based on user behavior, offering seamless management of services and devices, establishing trust through security and reliable support, and increasing engagement with features like gamification and loyalty rewards.
The project aimed to enhance user experience with the app and introduce new products while understanding user needs. The primary objective was to improve app functionality to better align with user preferences. The Lollypop Design team developed features that are easily modified for seamless usage and time-saving transactions, facilitating smoother exploration of the app. Additionally, robust security measures were implemented to ensure a reliable environment for user interactions, with a commitment to fostering user engagement and building trust with users.
