Hangzhou Eastern Garden, a new mansion with a 270-degree Qiantang river view, welcomes its music enthusiast owners after a five-year design and construction period in Hangzhou, China.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Hangzhou Eastern Garden, a private residence, is a unique project that harmoniously blends music and space. The mansion features a private music room on the upper floor, creating an exceptional acoustical environment by strategically positioning furniture and reforming structural elements.
The design incorporates well-selected acoustic materials from a Spanish brand, along with high-quality materials such as sequoia brown, Ti-coated stainless steel, eucalyptus wood, ebony, and ultra-clear glass. The mansion spans 656.9 square meters and boasts a curved glass handrail for the molding rotary ladder, showcasing innovative structural design.
The project, which commenced in August 2015 and concluded in May 2019, reflects the designer's meticulous approach to creating a space that interacts harmoniously with music. The design team, led by T.K.CHU, meticulously curated Oriental and Modern characteristics, integrating delicate artworks and flexible lines to echo the essence of music throughout the space.
Hangzhou Eastern Garden was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2020, recognizing its exceptional creativity, technical excellence, and innovative design. The project stands as a testament to T.K. CHU DESIGN's four-decade legacy of upscale interior design in Taiwan and mainland China, shaping contemporary oriental aesthetics and fashionable lifestyles.
