Revolutionizing Kids' Outdoor Wear

ZHE JIANG SEMIR GARMENT CO.,LTD. proudly presents the Growing Shell Down Jacket, a revolutionary 3-in-1 design specifically crafted for children's outdoor activities. This down jacket is designed to safeguard kids' growth, featuring a patented pattern conforming to human mechanics and lightweight materials for cozy and light wear. It offers a professional hard shell and inner warm yet light down content, meeting multi-scene needs and enabling economical and practical wear for different temperatures and seasons.

The outer layer of the Growing Shell Down Jacket is made of an ultra-lightweight waterproof and moisture-permeable membrane with excellent water resistance (Level 4) and moisture permeability of 8000g/(m2.24h). The inner lining uses 20D lightweight recyclable polyester and 800+FP high fluffy goose down certified by RDS, reducing weight by 5% while maintaining warmth. The 3-in-1 design allows for free combination to meet various needs, while the 3D reflective fabric ensures safety and caters to kids' preferences.

The project was completed in September 2023 in Shanghai, following extensive research to create a multifunctional down jacket suitable for diverse scenarios and different seasons. The innovative 18-degree curved sleeve design and zonal filling structural design ensure a perfect fit and zonal warmth, making it suitable for various harsh weather conditions. The Growing Shell Down Jacket was honored with the Bronze A' Design Award in 2024, recognizing its outstanding and creatively ingenious design.
