Tranquility: Integrating Nature into Daily Life

SAN.O INTERIOR DESIGN presents "Tranquility," a residential design that seamlessly integrates nature into daily life. The project, completed in 2020 in Chiayi City, Taiwan, reflects a timeless design vocabulary with a focus on adapting to the environment and maximizing the beauty of the surroundings. The use of Morandi colors, simple outlines, and large French windows floods the space with natural light, creating a quiet and contemplative atmosphere.

The design team cleverly utilized marble, quartz, Dekton, Fenix, and titanium plating to realize the project, enhancing the sense of space and light. The high-ceiling loft was reimagined to increase horizontal space, creating a visual partition effect with squares, lines, and shades. The use of mirrors and titanium-plated ceilings further extends the visual space, creating a multi-layered rhythm under diffused light.

Clients can enjoy unobstructed views of the garden from various areas within the residence, with the open space allowing the greenery to be seen from different angles. The use of multi-layered light strips and exhibition lights adds depth and dimension to the space, enhancing the overall ambiance.
