Smart Breath Down: Redefining Ski Jacket Comfort and Performance

Bosideng Global Innovation Institute introduces Smart Breath Down, a revolutionary ski jacket designed to seamlessly transition from the slopes to everyday wear. This innovative garment features a cutting-edge smart breath system that optimizes heat and moisture balance, ensuring insulation and efficient sweat and heat dissipation during physical activities.

Utilizing aerodynamics, high-tech materials, and special structural design, the Smart Breath Down jacket boasts a dynamic air circulation system that gathers and distributes hot and humid air to specific heat dissipation areas. The incorporation of external adjustable channels allows cold air to enter, creating a continuous air circulation within the garment.

The jacket's core fabric, Aerobrane by Schoeller®, is complemented by primaloft cotton and white goose down fillings, providing exceptional insulation and breathability. Notably, 85% of the materials used are recycled, reflecting the brand's commitment to environmental sustainability.

Designed by Wu Yiou, the Smart Breath Down jacket is engineered to enhance the wearer's comfort and performance during outdoor activities. Unzipping the chest and side zippers accelerates the discharge of sweat and heat, while zipping up the jacket ensures superior insulation during periods of rest or low-intensity activities.

The project, which commenced and concluded in 2021 in Jiangsu, China, was driven by the goal of making outdoor sports more comfortable and practical. Through extensive market research and data analysis, the design team successfully improved the fashion and practicality of ski jackets, expanding the consumer base for outdoor garments.

Recognized for its innovative and practical design, the Smart Breath Down jacket was honored with the Iron A' Design Award in 2022. This prestigious accolade celebrates the jacket's well-designed, practical, and innovative features that meet professional and industrial requirements, contributing to a better world.
