Micro-inno Scope: A Breakthrough in Cervical Cancer Screening Technology

Hangzhou Micro-inno Medical Tecnology Co has introduced the Micro-inno Scope, a portable and efficient colposcope designed to address the lack of access to cervical cancer screening in remote areas. The device allows doctors to conduct medical treatments in the field, with the capability to upload images to the cloud for remote diagnosis, thereby extending the reach of cervical cancer screening to more women.

The Micro-inno Scope is a high-resolution, high-efficiency gynecological imaging diagnostic product primarily focused on cervical cancer testing. It utilizes multi-mode fluorescence imaging technology, NBI narrow-band imaging, and high frame rate display to achieve accurate detection. With ultra-high magnification of 3-100 times, the device can provide accurate results within 10 minutes, significantly improving the efficiency of cervical cancer screening.

The colposcope shell is made of 100% recyclable aluminum alloy material AL6061, making it environmentally friendly and durable. The device also features anodized and sandblasted surfaces, ensuring both sustainability and longevity.

Designed to be used with a disposable vaginal dilator, the Micro-inno Scope performs colposcopy after dilation, confirming lesion areas through multi-mode fluorescence imaging technology, NBI narrow-band imaging, and magnification functions. The device can capture photos and videos, with the option to upload images to the cloud for remote diagnosis. It can also be connected to mobile phones, tablets, and high-definition monitors, adapting to various working scenarios.

The project commenced in October 2022 and was completed in December 2023 in Hangzhou. The design team's research focused on the importance of cervical cancer screening and the lack of access to medical resources in many areas, leading to the development of a portable and efficient screening device to reach more women.

The Micro-inno Scope has been recognized with the Bronze A' Design Award in the Medical Devices and Medical Equipment category, highlighting its outstanding and creatively ingenious design that contributes to improving the quality of life.
