Smart Clean: Redefining Beer Line Cleaning

Pubinno introduces Smart Clean, the world's first AI-powered portable beer line cleaning device, designed by Volkan Doğan and his team. Smart Clean eliminates the need for third-party maintenance teams, allowing individual pubs to autonomously and efficiently clean their beer lines. This groundbreaking technology ensures standardized, traceable, and error-free operations, revolutionizing the beer industry.

Smart Clean's unique properties include a customized line cleaning process for each beer line, leveraging Pubinno’s Aqua Vibra technology for 80% more effective cleaning. The device is realized using aluminum sheet metal forming methods and precise dosage technology, ensuring optimal cleansing concentration for each beer line.

Measuring 500mm x 350mm x 350mm, Smart Clean is equipped with "plug & play" connection points, allowing for easy deployment and operation. Validated in VLB Institute in Berlin, Germany, Smart Clean is set to launch online in April 2021 and will be exhibited at BrauBeviale, Nuremberg in November 2021.

Smart Clean is a portable, compact, and fully automated device that operates seamlessly within bars. After connecting the device and switching the input of the draft beer line, the bartender can initiate the cleaning process via a Bluetooth application. Smart Clean autonomously cleans four lines simultaneously, tailored to the specific beer type, line, and cleaning history.

The project, which began in January 2019 in Istanbul, was completed in October 2020, with deployment at 251 Pubinno bars starting in November 2020. The design was meticulously researched and tested, addressing challenges such as bartender workload and compatibility with various keg adapters.

Volkan Doğan, the mastermind behind Smart Clean, hails from Istanbul, Turkey, and has received the prestigious Bronze A' Design Award for this groundbreaking innovation. The device is protected by an international patent, marking a significant leap in the draft beer ecosystem.
