Ml Mimarlik's Monochrome Luxury Villa

Ml Mimarlik introduces the Monochrome Luxury Villa, a 400 square meter private boutique villa nestled in a 1000 square meter land area in Buyukcekmece, Istanbul. The design concept revolves around a modern aesthetic that seamlessly integrates simplicity and functionality, redefining the essence of modern living.

The project commenced in December 2021 and concluded in March 2022, showcasing the studio's expertise in luxury villa projects, boutique villa projects, and residence projects.

The Monochrome Luxury Villa stands out with its emphasis on minimalism and a monochrome palette, utilizing natural materials such as wood, marble, ceramics, lacquered elements, metal, glass, and mirrors. The hallmark of the project is the impressive hall section, complemented by a wooden sliding curtain system in the dining area, creating a striking visual impact.

The design process was meticulous, with a focus on intricate details down to the millimeter on each surface. The 7.5-meter-high Sominine wall elegantly divides the living and dining sections, adding a touch of grandeur to the space.

The villa operates seamlessly with a minimalist perspective, featuring an intuitive interaction mechanism that enhances the overall experience. The wooden curtains orchestrate a captivating shadow play, complemented by strategic light games that elevate the house's functionality with a touch of elegance.

Ml Mimarlik's Monochrome Luxury Villa has been recognized with the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in 2024, underscoring its outstanding expertise, innovation, and remarkable level of excellence in interior space design.
