Greenland Bund Centre: A Landmark Mixed-Use Complex

Nan Wang's Greenland Bund Centre is a 127,000sqm mixed-use complex in Shanghai's South Bund, featuring world-class office and residential towers, historic structures, retail, cultural, and public spaces. The project is a fusion of historical inheritance and future trends, preserving the area's social fabric while embracing modernity.

The project, initiated in September 2016, is scheduled for completion in December 2022. It covers 126,700 m2 and boasts a total construction area of 1.2 million m2, including super-tall Class A office towers and world-class residential buildings. The design incorporates innovative technologies, such as a high-performance composite structure and a 5G integrated ecosystem.

The Greenland Bund Centre has overcome design challenges to harmonize scale, create a 24/7 public environment, and integrate historical and modern elements. The project has been recognized with the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in 2021, showcasing outstanding expertise and innovation.
