FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
B5 Design presents "Royal Grandeur," a classic interior design inspired by the Baroque style that developed in 17th & 18th century Italy. The design features a central atrium that connects all the floors of the palace, emphasizing elegance and luxury. The concept integrates highly carved patterns on the floor, walls, and ceiling, harmonizing with a warm neutral color scheme.
The central atrium, with a total height of 12m, serves as the main circulation area, housing elevators, staircases, and corridors. The walls are adorned with classic decorative moulding and heavy texture wallpaper, complemented by cove lights. The flooring boasts luxury water jet and stone vintage style Italian marble, while the ceiling features 12mm thickness suspended Knauf gypsum board with grg mouldings.
This project commenced in May 2017, with the design concept and detailed drawing finalized in September 2017. The fitout works were completed in 2021, showcasing the revival of classic architecture in a modern context. The design team, led by Ahmed Farghaly and Ayman Elmahdi, overcame challenges such as achieving an elegant look in a classic way and seamlessly integrating the air conditioning system.
