Artistic Interior Design at Guiyang Vanke Guanhu Sales Center

The Guiyang Vanke Guanhu Sales Center, designed by ONE-CU Interior Design Lab, is a 1000 square meter showroom situated in Guiyang, China. The project, completed in May 2020, aims to explore the balance between nature and the bustling city, offering visitors a space to immerse themselves in artistic interior scenes while being close to nature.

The shared space is characterized by openness and integration, featuring a shelf of artworks and books that functions as part of the wall, creating visual interest. The light hues balance the architectural structures and enrich the sense of layering. The water bar serves as a socializing anchor point, closely connected to the resting and negotiation areas.

Main materials used in the design include marble, bronze brushed stainless steel, steel net, and wood veneer. The space features a window blinds system that reveals part of the outside scenery, allowing visitors to connect with nature. The in-depth negotiation area highlights books and artworks, creating a visually enriching experience.

The project was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2021 for its outstanding expertise and innovation in interior space, retail, and exhibition design. The design team overcame challenges to create an emotional space that immerses residents in a natural interior environment, expressing the landscaped place hidden in the city, and integrating people's spiritual world, natural environment, and space.
