The New Universe project by Ray Young Construction Company Ltd. introduces a residential building that seamlessly blends the low-key luxurious Art Deco style with contemporary construction methods. The design features titanium-plated family crests and metal rails, creating an atmosphere of belonging and honor for the residents.

What sets this project apart is the integration of decoration materials and colors on the exterior, enhancing the delicate appearance of the building. The balconies adorned with verdant plants and transparent glass parapets, along with classical panel grilles, contribute to a unique outward aspect.

Despite its simplicity style, the building base constructed with light black granites exudes a feeling of firmness and security. Engraved wood grain bricks and graceful long wall lamps further enhance the elegant charm and sustain the sense of vitality.

The New Universe project spans 5967 square meters and is designed to be a mix-used residential building, offering a unique living experience for its future residents. Architect Lee, Dong Chiao has been instrumental in bringing this vision to life.
