Cola: Redefining Food Delivery with Innovative Robotics

Bayes Robotics introduces Cola, an intelligent delivery robot inspired by the Rook, designed to revolutionize the food delivery experience. Equipped with advanced sensors, Cola ensures obstacle avoidance, contactless delivery, and intelligent voice interaction, setting new standards for efficiency and customer service. The project was launched in April 2020 in Changzhou, China and concluded in September 2020, with an exhibition planned at the 4th China Catering Procurement Exhibition in October 2020.

Cola is an unmanned delivery robot tailored for indoor use in hotels, restaurants, and 4S stores. Its self-developed sports chassis, voice interaction, and visual recognition capabilities enable automatic delivery, guest greeting, voice interaction, autonomous positioning and navigation, and independent collision avoidance. This innovative design aims to enhance service efficiency, reduce operating costs, and elevate the image of businesses.

Constructed using imported high-strength ABS integrated compound molding process, Cola boasts high and low-temperature resistance, strength, and toughness, ensuring adaptability across various usage scenarios. The detachable mechanical structure design simplifies assembly and reduces production costs, making it an ideal solution for businesses seeking to optimize their operations.

Cola's unique features include multi-point delivery, multi-tasking capabilities, automatic guest sensing, voice-triggered interactions, and autonomous patrolling. Its ergonomic design and infrared plate detection further enhance its user-friendly and efficient operation.
