Innovative Office Design Project

MITSUI Designtec Co.,Ltd. introduces CROSSOVER Lab, a revolutionary office design project that reimagines the future of collaborative workspaces. The project involved the renovation of three floors in a historic 60-year-old building in Tokyo, spanning a total area of 6,506 square meters. The concept of CROSSOVER aims to blend diverse knowledge and space creation methods with individual expertise, fostering a collaborative environment.

The office space is designed to create added value through collaboration, emphasizing the importance of gathering to amplify ideas. Embracing the principles of wellbeing, sustainability, and locality, the design embodies social responsibility as an interior design firm, setting a new standard for the future workplace.

Utilizing upcycled and sustainable materials, such as wood residue and resin tabletops, waste clothes for surface materials, and carbon-neutral carpet tiles, the project exemplifies a commitment to environmental sustainability and innovative design practices.
