HCD IMPRESS, a renowned interior design agency, has unveiled the Yango Poly Kuliang Hill, a modern sales center located in Fuzhou, China. The design concept draws inspiration from the elements of landscape Zen, tea culture, fishermen’s amorous feelings, and the art of oil-paper umbrellas. By focusing on the spirit and neglecting the form, the design aims to bring a delighted experience of suburban idyllic life, leading people towards an oriental poetic dwelling.

The Yango Poly Kuliang Hill integrates regional culture and contemporary aesthetics, blending the building seamlessly into the natural surroundings. The use of natural materials and the development of the oil-paper umbrella into art lighting showcase the unique realization technology behind this innovative design.

The sales center features large French windows that allow natural light to permeate the interior, creating a harmonious connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The landscape is artfully incorporated into the design, with water drop-shaped elements softening the hardness of stone, and low furniture settings promoting free and comfortable discussions.

The design team, led by WEN SU & YANG ZHONG, overcame challenges such as creating an open space within a limited budget, resulting in a modern, leisurely, and vocational environment that embodies the essence of Oriental humanity.
