HD Communication Kft. has unveiled a new visual identity for a set of rules on office behavior in Telekom's new headquarters. The design, titled "System Of Norm Signage For Telekom," aims to inspire respect for the rules in a loveable and playful manner.

The main inspiration behind the design was to reflect a digital company’s everyday life in an analogue way, contrasting the modernity of the building with a humorous and human touch. The system of norm signage illustrations focuses on humor in office situations, aiming to make people follow the rules with a smile.

Unique in its approach, the design team created a clean yet playful visual identity to evoke an instant emotional reaction in the viewer, promoting the ideas in a non-ordered or forced manner. The goal is to inspire respect for the rules and create a positive atmosphere in the new HQ.

The design was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2021, recognizing its outstanding expertise, innovation, and remarkable level of excellence. It is admired for its strong technical characteristics and splendid artistic skill, introducing positive feelings, amazement, and wonder.
