FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Louvre Furnishings unveils the Shenyang Simple Luxury Show Flat, a three-floor modern light luxury villa in Shenyang, China. The open minimalist layout creates a spacious, flowing environment, complemented by a neutral color palette that allows for versatile styling. The high-ceilinged living room features full-sized glass windows, enhancing natural light and a sense of openness. The villa's owner, with a background in the luxury goods industry, inspired the design concept, focusing on high-quality atmosphere, low-profile elegance, and a harmonious blend of art and nature.
The villa's interior showcases a blend of luxury brand furniture, exquisite chandeliers, and carefully selected decor, including Versace tea sets, Fendi vases, and Bentley Home accents. The design incorporates a mix of materials, from metal and glass to marble and leather, creating a multi-layered rhythm throughout the space. The tearoom and bar area, featuring Baxter minimalist lines and a taste of primitive simplicity, offer a unique interplay of time and space, enriched by superior leather elements.
The Shenyang Simple Luxury Show Flat project commenced in November 2017 and was completed in December 2020. The design team's meticulous approach aimed to integrate the concept of "art is a harmony parallel to nature" into every aspect of the villa, resulting in a high-quality residence that exudes modern light luxury style. The villa, spanning 580 square meters, showcases a thoughtful combination of metal, marble, leather, solid wood, and crystal, creating a simple luxury and comfortable living atmosphere.
