Torres Arquitetos introduces Sant Andrea, a 16-floor residential building in Caxias do Sul, Brazil. The structure's unique design features ample vertical monoliths with horizontal lines and balconies adorned with apparent concrete slabs and wood brises, creating a sense of movement. The building boasts a social area with over 70.00 square meters, including a spacious living room, gourmet space, and balcony. Each apartment, occupying 200.00 square meters, consists of three suites, reflecting a commitment to luxury and comfort. The project is currently under construction, with a focus on environmental sustainability, incorporating energy-efficient solutions, water conservation, and recycling initiatives. The building also integrates photovoltaic panels and electric car chargers, emphasizing a conscious approach to environmental impact reduction.

The development, led by Torres Arquitetos and constructed by Exacta Engenharia, has been recognized with the Bronze A' Design Award in 2022 for its outstanding architectural and structural design. The project reflects a commitment to originality and innovation, offering a custom residential product that stands out in the market. Sant Andrea's architecture embodies a contemporary and serene aesthetic, characterized by the authentic use of exposed concrete and wood brises, showcasing the firm's dedication to creating distinctive and sustainable living spaces.
