Pristine Elegance: A Modern Residence Designed by GREEN HOUSE

GREEN HOUSE introduces the Pristine Elegance project, a 264.4 square meter modern residence designed for a young makeup artist, featuring a minimalist modern style with a stable mid-dark color palette. The project, completed in August 2022 in Taiwan, includes a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, and a unique bar area.

The project's unique properties include the use of gray mirrors, indirect lighting, and a custom wine cabinet, creating a stylish and functional space for gatherings. The design team skillfully utilized building materials such as architectural concrete paint, marble, and wood flooring to achieve a minimalistic, natural, and elegant style in line with the design theme.

Challenges such as compliance with building renovation regulations and technical requirements were overcome to transform one of the bedrooms into a bar area. The project was awarded Bronze in the A' Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design Award in 2023, recognizing its outstanding and creatively ingenious design.
