Be Fly Utopia: Redefining Sales Centers

LONGER DESIGN has unveiled "Be Fly Utopia," a groundbreaking sales center in Chongqing, China, challenging the conventional sales office concept. Departing from traditional marketing-focused designs, "Be Fly Utopia" integrates a coffee shop, library, and life experience hall, creating a welcoming space that fosters a sense of community and humanistic care. The project covers 225 square meters and aims to provide a relaxed, friendly, and warm atmosphere for visitors.

The first floor features a fashionable coffee shop with carefully selected materials, including 300x1200 gray tiles and popular bread bricks for the counter. The use of natural colors and materials creates a fresh and natural ambiance, setting it apart from typical sales centers. The space is designed to offer a glimpse into the future community's lifestyle, emphasizing a customer-oriented and craftsman spirit.

Despite facing challenges during construction, such as reconfiguring the top modeling to accommodate fire sprinklers, the design team successfully overcame obstacles to bring "Be Fly Utopia" to life. The project, which commenced in October 2018 and concluded in March 2019, has been recognized with the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in 2020, reflecting its exceptional impact and innovation in interior space, retail, and exhibition design.
