Neoklasika introduces a luxury interior design for ER Clubhouse, located just 200 meters from the sandy beach of the Gulf of Riga, offering a timeless and elegant ambiance inspired by the nearby pine forest and seaside living.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Neoklasika, a creative laboratory of ideas based in Riga, Latvia, has unveiled a stunning luxury interior design for ER Clubhouse in Jurmala, Latvia. The project features four luxury townhouses with a common lobby and gallery hallways, all designed to reflect the aesthetics and ambiance of being on a yacht, emphasizing the lifestyle that seaside living represents.
The interior design draws inspiration from the surrounding pine forest and the nearby seaside, with a glass facade allowing nature to permeate the interior through wide and tall windows. The elegant proportions, nuanced color palette, and natural materials create a gallery-like interior with a timeless touch. The lobby, designed to function as an in-house library, will also host temporary art exhibitions and installations, fostering a dynamic atmosphere and encouraging interaction among the inhabitants.
Each of the four townhouses spans three levels, with the lower level featuring an airy open-plan living area and kitchen, while the upper two levels house the bedrooms. The project showcases bespoke furniture and joinery designed by Neoklasika, elevating the level of uniqueness and luxury. The selection of materials, including wood, metal, mirror, and leather, draws visual parallels to those used in luxury yachts, while nuanced lighting schemes offer endless possibilities for creating different moods.
The project scope included full interior projects for the common areas and four townhouses, along with design renders, allowing clients and potential future owners to connect with the concept and design details. The design also balances architecture and design of the common and private areas with a human scale, incorporating principles of biophilia, diversity of natural materials, and bespoke design to create the genius loci of the building.
Neoklasika's luxury interior design for ER Clubhouse has been recognized with the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2022, showcasing the outstanding and creatively ingenious designs that authenticate experience and resourcefulness. The design has been esteemed for incorporating best practices in art, science, design, and technology, contributing to quality of life improvements and making the world a better place.
