Jinmao Palace Sales Center: Redefining Urban Living

Panshi Design's Jinmao Palace Sales Center in Beijing is a groundbreaking project that redefines urban living. The concept revolves around creating a "15-minute community living circle," integrating hypermarket and cafe life into the space to promote a vibrant social lifestyle in the new metropolis. Located in Fengtai District along the Yongding River of the West Fifth Ring Road, the center introduces the concept of landscape and pastoral life in the city, setting a new lifestyle standard for the surrounding area.

The 682-square-meter project aims to lead the new lifestyle of the surrounding area and serve as a model of urban living. The design incorporates terrazzo, texture paint, wood grain transfer printing, wood finish, Pu stone skin, and resin acrylic to realize the vision of comfortable, low-density high-tech living.

Cheng Wang and Yongjie Li, the key members of Panshi Design, have successfully overcome the challenges of space structure and created a space full of vitality. The reception hall, adorned with water lights resembling flowing water, and the double-height smoke resin acrylic screen, create a romantic atmosphere of life, integrating vitality, nature, cloud, smoke, and water to make the space vibrant.

The project, which commenced in July 2021 and concluded in November 2021, is a testament to Panshi Design's commitment to creating spaces that enhance the human experience. The Sales Center is not just a commercial space but a diverse experience center, aiming to extend the living sense through multiple scenes, fostering active communication and sharing in daily life.

Panshi Design, founded in 2003 in Beijing, specializes in providing interior design services for real estate enterprises. The company's innovative spirit and design ability have earned it the Silver A' Design Award in 2022, recognizing its outstanding expertise and innovation in redefining urban living.
