Parametric Spiral Staircase and "Micro-Urban Life Group" Redefine Office Space

Fintech Office, designed by Zhenhua Luo and the WIT Design & Research team, introduces a revolutionary office space concept in Beijing. The office, spanning 980 sqm, features a unique parametric spiral staircase, utilizing cutting-edge design technologies and cast concrete to create a distinctive aesthetic reflective of the digital era.

The office's relaxed working atmosphere, achieved through the use of simple materials, fosters a space where employees can engage in various functions and activities. The incorporation of a "micro-urban life group" extends the physical and psychological office space, encouraging employees to actively embrace urban life.

Completed in February 2020, the project overcame challenges specific to the FinTech industry, such as creating a distinct space reflective of new technology and ensuring employee comfort during long working hours. The office's innovative design earned Zhenhua Luo and the WIT Design & Research team the Silver A' Design Award in 2020, recognizing their outstanding expertise and innovation.
