Mo Architects and Planners introduces a new residential apartment design in Taipei City, Taiwan, focusing on practical aesthetics and versatile living spaces.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Mo Architects and Planners is proud to present the Quality Flavor Residential Apartment, a project that redefines living spaces with a focus on practical aesthetics and versatile functionality. The design team, led by Moek Mo, has created a unique living environment that emphasizes the concept of "in-between," allowing family members to use the space individually while maintaining a sense of togetherness.
The 115.7 square meter apartment features an extra but complete foyer and storage space under the existing building structure, seamlessly integrating the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The use of semi-open shelves and flow twists adds a distinctive touch to the foyer, creating a harmonious flow throughout the space.
With a strong emphasis on simplicity and practicality, the design introduces versatile ways of using the public domain, allowing for individual usage within the same space. The integration of healthy and toxic-free materials, as well as a balance of different color tones, contributes to a comfortable and visually appealing living environment.
Furthermore, the design incorporates half-transparent glass doors and ceiling designs to maintain the wholeness of the living room, dining room, and kitchen while providing individualized spaces. The use of warm color tones and natural lighting from outside the window enhances the overall comfort and ease of the apartment.
The Quality Flavor Residential Apartment is a testament to Mo Architects and Planners' commitment to creating innovative and practical living spaces that prioritize the user's lifestyle and experience. The project's recognition with the Iron A' Design Award in 2020 further underscores its exceptional design and contribution to the industry.
