PROYECTO CAFEINA introduces the Saint Peter House, a sophisticated residence in San Pedro Cholula, Puebla, Mexico. The house is a testament to the innovative participatory design philosophy, utilizing low-tech methods and high customization to create a unique living space.

Constructed with locally sourced hand-made bricks, the house features a distinctive main skin with three different formats, allowing for functional distribution of natural light and ventilation. The design also incorporates artisanal elements such as sinks inspired by pre-Hispanic volcanic materials, showcasing the rich cultural heritage of the region.

Notably, the Saint Peter House is designed to accommodate future growth, providing flexibility for the client to explore additional materials, textures, and colors. The project directors, architects, engineers, and construction team collaborated closely with the client, exemplifying the inclusive and diverse nature of the architectural process.
