Emirati One: Luxury Car Showroom and Museum

Marwan Mrad, the owner of DPI, introduces Emirati One, a luxury car showroom and museum located in Burj Vista tower, facing Burj Khalifa in Dubai, UAE. Spanning 997 square meters, this masterpiece celebrates intricate automotive design details throughout the years.

Emirati One showcases rare, special, and one-of-a-kind vehicles, offering an extraordinary display that amazes potential owners. The showroom features VIP offices, lounges, and a barista lounge, providing an interactive hub in the heart of downtown Dubai.

The showroom's design incorporates cutting-edge technology, with LED strips, 3D mosaics, and glass partitions, creating a visually stunning and immersive experience for visitors.

The project's realization technology includes a strategic location on the Boulevard, facing Burj Khalifa, with a total area of 997 square meters divided into two floors. The ground floor spans 654 square meters, while the mezzanine floor covers 343 square meters.

Emirati One's design and concepts were developed in April 2021, with execution currently in progress. The showroom's location offers a breathtaking view of Burj Khalifa, creating a unique and captivating experience for visitors.

Marwan Mrad and his team overcame various challenges, including the irregular shape of the tower and the need to comply with Dubai's strict regulations. The showroom's design ensures that all cars are prominently displayed, visible from all angles, providing an exceptional viewing experience for visitors.
