Developed in Shenzhen by a talented team led by industrial designer Liu Taorong, structural designer Yang Jun, and project manager Wang Hong, the X284C2 addresses the unique challenges faced by urban landscape photographers who require both adjustable height and ground-level stability in a single, portable solution.

The X284C2's standout feature is its modular center column, which allows photographers to seamlessly switch between raised and ground-level shooting positions. By loosening a rotating locking ring and pressing the unlock button, users can detach the center column and reattach the tripod head directly, ensuring maximum stability even in windy conditions. This innovative mechanism eliminates the need for multiple tripods, making the X284C2 a versatile companion for a wide range of photographic scenarios.

Engineered for durability and portability, the tripod's main components are precision-machined using CNC technology and treated with anodizing for superior corrosion resistance, making it ideal for harsh environments such as coastal locations. The carbon fiber legs provide a lightweight yet rigid structure, with collapsed dimensions of 435mm x 125mm x 125mm and an expanded height of up to 1570mm.
