FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Inperson Interior Design has received international acclaim with the Bronze A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award 2025 for its "Life Blueprint" project, a comprehensive transformation of an old apartment in Taichung City, Taiwan. Completed in December 2022, the project reimagines a 270-square-meter residence for a family of five, blending bold metal elements with soft, minimalist touches to create a home that is both visually striking and highly functional.
The design draws inspiration from the owner's personality-strong on the outside, gentle within-by employing large color blocks and stainless steel to evoke perseverance and modernity. The TV wall, crafted from stainless steel, becomes a focal point, its shifting light and shadow adding depth and texture. Contrasting this, the living and dining areas are unified by elegant tones and open layouts, enhanced by a low-back sofa that encourages interaction and social gatherings for up to 30 people. The light film doll cabinet behind the dining table, featuring a metal back panel and soft lighting, introduces a dreamy, floating effect that balances the coolness of metal with warmth and comfort.
Functionality is at the heart of the design, with corridors ensuring smooth flow between main areas and a spacious storage room at the entrance providing ample space for daily necessities. The project's technical achievements include the use of special coatings, metallic surfaces, slab tiles, and glass, all unified by a grayscale palette and meticulous attention to lighting and ventilation. The bedroom continues the minimalist theme, with material shifts and lighting designed to foster relaxation and continuity. Despite the challenge of accommodating storage for three adults and two children, the design maintains aesthetic integrity while significantly improving convenience and organization.
"Life Blueprint" stands out for its ability to convey optimism and a sense of deserved comfort, using the interplay of light, shadow, and material to express the rhythms and balance of life. The project's success is further underscored by the satisfaction of its residents, who praise the efficient storage solutions and the welcoming, open social spaces. By combining technical innovation, artistic vision, and a deep understanding of the client's lifestyle, Inperson Interior Design has set a new benchmark for modern residential interiors in Taiwan.
