Yangpu Sales Office, designed by Simone Wang and located in Hainan's Yangpu Economic Development Zone, has been awarded the Bronze A' Design Award 2025 for its unique integration of natural elements, ecological inspiration, and innovative spatial experience, setting a new benchmark for green habitat design in international real estate environments.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Simone Wang's Yangpu Sales Office, situated within the scenic Yangpu Economic Development Zone in Hainan, has garnered the prestigious Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category for 2025. Drawing inspiration from the region's streamlined topography, meandering water systems, and vibrant natural ecology, the project redefines the concept of a sales office by seamlessly blending nature with contemporary design. The 1,594-square-meter space is characterized by its organic construction, the interplay of light and shadow, and the strategic placement of green plants to evoke a "roundabout" spatial experience, immersing visitors in a tranquil yet dynamic environment.
The design process began with a comprehensive analysis of the site and client requirements, followed by on-site investigations and collaborative discussions to address key challenges. Notably, the absence of a front square at the entrance and the need to accommodate both property viewing and golf customers were overcome through creative spatial sequencing and flow management. The result is a series of interconnected spaces that surprise and delight, reflecting the aesthetics of mountains, seas, and local culture while promoting a lifestyle of "travelling and living." The simple, elegant background shifts with the changing sunlight, creating a living canvas that evolves throughout the day.
Yangpu Sales Office stands out for its commitment to ecological innovation and the integration of art and leisure, making it a model for future green habitat projects. The project not only enhances the resort atmosphere of its golf course setting in Danzhou, Hainan, but also demonstrates how thoughtful design can elevate the quality of life and contribute to sustainable development. The recognition by the A' Design Award underscores Simone Wang's expertise in harmonizing aesthetics and comfort, and her ongoing influence in the field of contemporary interior architecture.
